This workshop takes the core performance measure of Parent-professional partnerships to the next level. Creating toolkits in partnership with clinical and other professionals, is a demonstration of what F2Fs are supposed to do. By incorporating the voices of other stakeholders such as medical suppliers, community and charitable organizations, and insurance companies, we not only demonstrate family and professional partnerships, but how families and professionals move through and improve systems so that they better serve families.
