With self-compassion, we give ourselves the same kindness and care we’d give to a good friend. This workshop is an opportunity to immerse yourself in a couple of the key practices and exercises of the full 8-week Mindful Self-Compassion (MSC) program and learn about free resources you can access anytime. Self-compassion includes the capacity to comfort, soothe and validate ourselves, but also to protect ourselves, and to encourage and motivate ourselves. Fortunately, anyone can learn self-compassion.
