Accessing the Mobile App Guide for the Conference

Are you attending the conference in person?  You need to connect to the conference guide either via web browser or mobile app!  The 2022 Family Leadership Conference encourages all in-person attendees to download and use our free mobile app to access the conference schedule and session information, stay up to date with the conference, and connect with other attendees.  Use the instructions below to access the mobile app on a phone or tablet.  Click here for instructions on accessing the guide via a web browser on your computer.

A passphrase is required to access the Mobile App Guide. If you are registered to attend the conference in person, we have sent this code to the email you registered with. If you are unable to find the passcode or have other technical difficulties accessing the App, please contact Ian Whitney at iwhitney@familyvoices.org.

Step 1: Download the Guidebook mobile app.

Scan this QR code with your phone/mobile device or search for “Guidebook” in your mobile device’s app store.

Step 2: Open the app and tap “Find Guides” on the bottom right.

Step 3: Select “Have a passphrase?” at the bottom of the screen.

Note: the guide is only findable using the passphrase. If you see “No results found!”, tap the “Enter a passphrase” button and try again.

Step 4: Enter the passphrase that we sent you via email and press “Continue.”

Step 5: Select “DOWNLOAD GUIDE” to add the conference guide to your mobile device.

You now have easy access to the mobile guide to use before and during the conference! Open the Guidebook App you downloaded in step one and click “My Guides” on the bottom left to easily find the guide anytime.

Step 6 (optional): Set up your Guidebook profile by selecting the Blue icon showing a person or user. icon on the top right of any screen in the app. Next, sign up with your email or log in if you have used Guidebook before.

This step is optional but recommended. Once you have created your profile, you will show in the attendee list, be able to connect with other attendees directly in the app, post in the conference’s “Interact” feed, and more!

In addition to the Mobile App, you can access the schedule, session details, and more by viewing the Conference Guide on your computer.
