Succession: Planning for Organizational Transitions

As non-profits, Parent Centers and F2Fs must ensure continuity of leadership across key positions, from the Board of Directors to the Executive Director and other key positions. (1) Participants will understand the importance of engaging in Board, management, and staff succession planning. (2) Participants will be able to use effective succession planning tools. (3) Participants will learn how to facilitate a succession assessment and develop an effective emergency and long-term succession plan.
