The Importance of Family Partnership in the MCHB Title V Block Grant Review process: Increasing Family Reviewers through the Family Reviewer Mentorship program at the Maternal Child Health Bureau (MCHB) Division of State and Community Health

The Maternal Child Health Bureau (MCHB) Division of State and Community Health (DSCH) has taken steps over the past three years to increase its engagement of families in programmatic activities. This includes the creation of the Title V Block Grant Family Reviewer Mentorship program, which provides an opportunity for family reviewers to take part in MCHB Block Grant reviews with the support of a mentor and additional training. This workshop will explore these programs.
